World Oceans Day

Help us celebrate World Oceans Day and honor our oceans at Spark! Imagination and Science Center. On Saturday, June 8 from 10 am to 1 pm, join us for hands-on experiments and activities that explore our oceans and what we can do to help protect them.

“Oceans play an important role in our survival,” says Tiffany Martin, Education Coordinator of Spark! Imagination and Science Center.  “By learning how we are linked together, we can learn how our actions impact the health of the oceans and what we can do to help.”

Visitors can also explore Spark’s hands-on exhibits during the event, including our new additions to out engineering exhibit. Dig for pretend dinosaur fossils, build a ball ramp, explore nanoscience, play dress up, and much more.  Regular admission applies.
