Gingerbread Workshop

Join us at the Gingerbread Workshop!

On Saturday, December 14, 2019, Spark! Imagination and Science Center will hold our first annual Gingerbread Workshop. Spark will provide the gingerbread kit, icing and candies for you to create your very own gingerbread house masterpiece. 

Build cherished memories as you create a gingerbread house, make a light-up gingerbread craft, look at a model railroad display provided by the Mon Valley Railroad Historical Society, Inc. and so much more. 

There are two time slots to choose from: 1030-12 or 1-2:30. You will have to select a time to purchase your tickets. 

Participants will also be able to enjoy Spark before or after their ticket time: 

10:30-12:00 participants will visit Spark from 12:00-2:00

1:00-2:30 participants will visit Spark from 11:00-1:00. 

Tickets are $45. Spark Members receive a discount of $5 off general admission tickets. 

Tickets include one gingerbread kit and entrance fee for 4 people.

Additional entry tickets can be purchased for $10 per person. 

Additional gingerbread kits can be purchased day of event. 

Tickets can be purchased through our website, through yapsody, or at Spark. 

The Gingerbread Workshop will be held at the Mountaineer Mall, 5000 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, WV. Gingerbread building will be in the Community Room (across from Animal Friends Thrift Shoppe).

Families will be able to visit Spark! for free play:
*10:30-12:00 participants will visit Spark from 12:00-2:00
*1:00-2:30 participants will visit Spark from 11:00-1:00

Tickets purchased before November 6 will be entered into a raffle for 4 tickets (2 adults and 2 children) to the WV Public Theater Production of, “A Charlie Brown Christmas” on Saturday, December 21 at 2 pm. at the Lyell B. Clay Theater.
